We booked 2 rooms on New Year's Eve at the last minute and stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very attentive, polite and accommodating. The rooms' amenities were basic with no fridge but the rooms were quiet, spotlessly clean, equipped with good AC, and a well-functioning hot and cold shower. Bedsheets were clean and the rooms come with bread and coffee for breakfast. It was a very good experience, overall. Thank you, The Strands, for a very comfortable and restful stay. Would definitely recommend and come back. :)

The staff here make u feel.very welcome and at ease .kahrla ,Ralph, Juvy, neneng, Eddie, are a great 👍 team . Anything u need they will do for u wherever its changing u towels to giving u information . And they always give u a good service definitely the best place I've stayed at and will do so again in the near future. My 3rd stay here now on this trip . The strand suites is my number one in davao city . ROB LARGE UK 🇬🇧

Great location, very clean and while breakfast was included in the price it wasn’t much. Very close to all the restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very nice and polite and friendly. Overall for the price and location it was exceptional and will be staying here again in November

Nice cheap place to stay close to Victoria Plaza. Clean rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Small light breakfast coffee and a sweet bread. Water temp was spot on and nice cold air conditioning. Have been here a few times now will come back soon.
